³   What does self-care look like to you?

³   Self-care means anything from physical self-care (skin care, massages) to bringing peace to the mind (reading, relaxing, going to the beach). 

⁴   What is a meaningful keepsake you own?

⁴   My older sister and I both own Thai gold rings that our grandparents gave each other when they married. My grandfather married my grandmother in her hometown in Thailand. When my grandfather passed away, my grandmother gave me her ring, and she gave my sister my grandfather's ring. We’ve both worn our rings every day since then. 

⁵   What are your simplest pleasures?

⁵   A simple pleasure that brings joy every day is going to any beach or tide pool, especially when I’m spending that time with my dog and my boyfriend.
